It's been about 5000 years that we celebrate "Nowrouz" in the first momment of springs in IRAN. "Nowrouz" means new day and Our calendar starts at this momment of springs.
"HAFTSIN" is a historical tradition means "SEVEN S"! We collect 7 things that their name begins with "S" on the table! And they are:
"Seeb" = Apple
"Sabzeh" = Green Grass
"Somaq" = kind of spice
"Serkeh" = Vinegar
"Seer" = Garlic
"Samanou" = Kind of food that made with milk and wheat and sugar and ...
"Sekkeh" = Coins
And for more beauty beside "HAFTSIN" we use another things like mirror , red fish , flowers and shining candle and colored eggs.

We blieve that we must be faithful and happy in this momment and what ever we do and think in this changing momment of nature, will be with us for the rest of the year. So I was painting this cow in that momment! I wish to have a year full of painting!

And about cow as you know there is a 12 years period that comes from eastern cultures and says this year is the cow year. I combined it with NOWROUZ and thats what you see and hope you like it. Texts are written in persian. They say : Stay away from my way! and Happy new year.
Hope this year be a peaceful year with happines and beauties.

Just imagine a hero that can't do anything about his responsibility. He do nothing because he can't do anything!

What if we had another sense for metaphysical phenomenon?
X NOSE was an idea for metaphysical smells. He can feel the good or bad happens with his special nose. His skin is affected by smelling of bad happens in the world. For some rest he puts on his own filtering mask to don't smell anything. In future I wish to have enough time to paint his girlfriend.

I spent much of time on this piece for the details and used Photoshop with a 9*12 wacom tablet.

This is my last work. In spite of my former works- that all made by tablet from the first step to the end- i made this one with a base of design and sketch on paper. by scanning i imported the picture to the photoshop, and the enjoyable work with colours began.

This is my last work that I spent much of time on, to make it! Under the left eye i used a little persian flower called: TAZ'HIB. For hair I used a few layers, and some detail on it. hope you like it...
This piece is also printed in the Exotique 3 - the world's most beautiful CG characters - in 2007.
